Argussian Reach takes time. Unfortunately, there is time gating. They key is to make sure you do emissary quests when they are up. Both Argussian Reach and Kirin Tor emissary (both reward 1,500 rep). Those are the most efficient, along with your mission table. Doing non-emissary WQs will give you a low amount of rep. Do them if you really want to.
